Excelsior Mobile IV

Terms of Service

Version 1.2-draft · Effective September 30, 2026

Cancelling in short: 24 hours' notice, no charge

Cancel through the patient portal any time up to 24 hours before your visit and there is nothing to pay. Closer than that, call or text (949) 896-1242 so we can reach your nurse before they set out. Full detail in section 5 below.

1. Who you are contracting with

Clinical services are provided by Excelsior Medical Services, PC, a California physician-owned professional corporation. Administrative and operational services, including this website, are provided by Excelsior Medical Services, a DBA of Top Town Tire LLC. Online booking, health intake, consent and payment are handled through Jane, a third-party practice management platform.

Using this site or booking a visit means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not book.

2. What the service is, and is not

Excelsior Mobile IV provides elective intravenous hydration and vitamin therapy at a location you choose, administered by licensed Registered Nurses under physician-authorized protocols.

This is a private-pay wellness service. It is not emergency care, not primary care, and not a substitute for evaluation by your own physician. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

We may decline or stop treatment at any time if a nurse judges it unsafe. That judgement is clinical and final, and no fee applies when we are the ones who decline.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to book. You must complete the health screening honestly and completely — the nurse relies on it to decide what is safe to administer.

Withholding relevant health information puts you at risk and may result in treatment being stopped on arrival.

4. Booking, confirmation, and pricing

A booking is not confirmed until a nurse reviews your health intake and accepts it. You will be notified through the patient portal.

Prices shown are for the service area at the address you provide. Addresses outside our coastal service area receive a discount on package pricing, applied automatically and itemised before you confirm.

Payment is collected at the time of service. Nothing is charged when you book.

5. Cancellations, changes, and no-shows

Plans change, and we would rather you told us than not. Cancel at least 24 hours before your visit and there is no charge — you can do it yourself through the patient portal.

Inside 24 hours, call or text (949) 896-1242 so we can reach the nurse before they set out.

A late cancellation or a no-show may incur a fee of up to $75. A no-show means nobody is available at the address at the scheduled time and we cannot reach you.

If we cancel or cannot attend — weather, vehicle, staffing, or a clinical decision — you owe nothing, and we will help you rebook.

6. Your patient portal account

Your patient portal account is provided through Jane. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.

Your account contains health information. Do not share the login.

7. Your health information

This website does not collect health information. How health information given through the patient portal is used and protected is set out in our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice, which forms part of these terms.

8. Text messages

If you agree to receive text messages from Excelsior Mobile IV, for example when you request a group or event quote, we text you only about that request and your visit: replies, scheduling and reminders. Agreeing is optional and is never a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also call us to opt out. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers, or your consent to receive texts, with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, our liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the visit in question.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or anything that cannot be limited by law — including, in California, liability for personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date you book, and material changes will be dated and noted on this page.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Questions about these terms: dave@excelsiormedicalservices.com, or call (949) 896-1242.
