What exactly is included?
Your plan's drips each month: one, two, or four. Each covers any drip up to $349, which is most of the menu. Pick something dearer and you just pay the difference rather than losing the credit.
What if I book more than my plan covers?
Extra drips and add-ons are at your member rate all month, whether or not you've used your allowance.
Do unused drips roll over?
No. A quiet month doesn't bank an extra drip for the next, so there's never a balance to keep track of.
Can I change plans?
Cancel the one you're on and join another; your current plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for. If you're regularly booking more than your plan covers, the next tier up is cheaper per drip.
Can I use one for a group booking?
Your included drips are for you, on single-guest visits. Book for a group and everyone gets the group rate instead, which starts at 3 guests, and your allowance stays untouched for later in the month.
How do I cancel?
Any time, through the patient portal or by calling us. You keep the rest of the month you've already paid for (remaining drips included) and you're not billed again.
