Before any treatment, you sign a consent form that explains the risks, benefits and alternatives. You'll sign it in Jane when you book. If you'd like to read it first, it's below.

At your visit
Your nurse confirms who you are and which treatment you booked, goes over the form with you, and answers your questions before anything starts. You can ask to stop at any point.
