Treatments / NAD+ IV Therapy
NAD+ Therapy · 150 minutes
NAD+ is a coenzyme every cell uses to turn food into energy, and levels fall as we age. Delivered intravenously it bypasses digestion entirely. This is a longer, slower infusion than our other drips — that pace is deliberate, and it is what keeps the experience comfortable. Settle in for a couple of hours with a book.

NAD+ 250 mg in 250–500 mL normal saline, infused slowly
Final formulation is confirmed by your nurse after your health review.
Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide is a coenzyme found in every living cell. Its main job is helping convert the food you eat into the energy your cells run on, and it takes part in DNA repair and other maintenance work. Natural levels decline with age, which is what the interest in supplementing it is built on.
This is the question worth reading before you book. NAD+ is infused slowly and deliberately: most people feel a warmth or flushing in the chest and face, sometimes mild nausea or a tightness that comes and goes. It is not painful, but it is a more noticeable drip than a hydration bag. Tell your nurse the moment you feel it and they will slow the rate, which settles it. Going slowly is the whole technique.
Two to three hours, and the pace is the point. Pushed quickly, NAD+ causes the flushing and nausea above in a much less pleasant way. Bring a book, a laptop, or something to watch. Most patients find the time passes fine once they are settled.
A hydration drip is mostly fluid, with vitamins mixed in, over roughly an hour. NAD+ is a single compound delivered slowly over two to three hours, at a considerably higher price. They are doing different jobs; plenty of patients have a hydration drip monthly and NAD+ occasionally.
Patients most often come to us for energy, mental clarity, and recovery, particularly around a demanding stretch of work or training. Research into NAD+ is genuinely active but still developing, and we would rather tell you that than promise you an outcome. Nobody here will tell you it treats a medical condition.
Often, yes. The NAD+ shot is a lower dose, takes five minutes, and costs a fraction of the infusion. It is a sensible way to find out how you respond before committing to an afternoon.
Anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, and anyone with significant kidney or liver disease, should not book without speaking to us first. Your nurse takes a full health screening beforehand, and some histories mean we ask your physician before proceeding.
Your nurse will start with a brief health screening (vitals, medical history, and current medications) before setting up your IV. Most visits run 60 to 90 minutes, including a short observation period after your infusion finishes.
This package is generally well-suited for healthy adults. Certain conditions (including uncontrolled high blood pressure, heart or kidney disease, or early pregnancy) may require your physician's clearance first. Your nurse will screen for these before starting treatment, and the visit will be adjusted or rescheduled if needed.
