2. 02We email you a health screening form. Fill it in, choose what you would like, and sign the consents.
3. 03A provider from WellnessMD, our medical partner, reviews your answers. We let you know when you are approved.
4. 04Book your visit and pay in Jane.

Your selection: Build your own: Normal saline 0.9% 1 L. Add the same items in Jane when you book.
